Elevation Burger Opens in Carlsbad
This is the burger chain's first restaurant west of Texas.
The burger battle of vs. just got a little juicer. On Aug. 19, Elevation Burger opened in Carlsbad's Bressi Ranch at 2461 Gateway Rd. near .
It's the chain's 19th store and the first one to open west of Texas. General Manager Jamie Turben said they did a soft opening and have a grand opening planned for next month. Despite no advertising, "We ran out of buns the second day we were open," said Turben.
Elevation Burger uses organic, grass-fed, free-range beef that they grind daily. They also serve two types of veggie burgers and gluten-free fries. Getting your burger wrapped in lettuce is also an option. Plus there are shakes, scoops of ice cream and cookies for dessert.
