A look at Carlsbad's most recent police activity.

The following items are according to publicly available Carlsbad police arrest reports and San Diego County Sheriff's Department arrest logs. Unless otherwise noted, suspects were booked into County Jail in Vista.

Police arrested Brittnay Mae Bales, 21,of Henderson, NV, and Nicole Jade Houseworth, 32, of La Mirada, CA, on suspicion of burglary after officers were called to the 5600 block of Paseo Del Norte () on the afternoon of Sept. 6. Jail records show both remain in custody in County Jail in Vista on $250,000 bail each. Jail records show Bales and Houseworth are scheduled for arraignment Sept. 7 on six felony burglary allegations, six felony allegations of using a forged or expired access card and felony allegations of conspiracy and receiving stolen property.

Police arrested Joseph Neil Sprague, 40, a transient, on a parole hold in the 900 block of Tamarack Avenue on the morning of Sept. 6. Jail records show he is being held without bail on suspicion of being under the influence, and possession of a vehicle "master key." He is scheduled for arraignment on Sept. 8.

A 45-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of battery after police were called to the 2900 block of Via De Paz on the morning of Sept. 4. He was identified in a police report as Charles Dennis Pinaula Aguon of Siera Vista, AZ. Bail was set at $10,000.

Richard Martin Comerford, 18, of Carlsbad was arrested on suspicion of possessing drug paraphernalia near Camino Michelle and Camino Valencia on the afternoon of Sept. 1

Police booked Bryce Anthony Horn, 27, of San Clemente in County Jail on suspicion of resisting arrest by "force or violence," according to a report. The arrest was reported in the 3000 block of Carlsbad. Bail was set at $20,000.

A 47-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of a battery allegation at El Camino Real and Palomar Airport Road on the afternoon of Sept. 3. A victim reported the alleged offense by Angela Jean Woldman of Carlsbad in the 6300 block of Greenhaven Drive shortly before her arrest.

Police arrested Lonnie Muesse, 30, of San Clemente, on suspicion of theft with prior offenses in the 2500 block of El Camino Real on the night of Sept. 3. Bail was reported at $20,000.

Harry Paris Tzivelos, 61, of Scranton, PA, was arrested on suspicion of possession for sale and transportation of marijuana on the afternoon of Sept. 2. Arrest records show he was arrested at I-5 and Cassidy Street in Oceanside. Bail was set at $35,000.

A 38-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance at La Costa Avenue and Saxony Road during the early evening hours of Sept. 3. Bail for Michael Banks of Carlsbad was set at $5,000.

Police arrested Gil Chavira Ayala, 41, of Oceanside on suspicion of drug possession at Caspian Way and Crystaline Drive on the morning of Sept. 2. Bail was reported at $5,000.

Keith Hart Patterson, 47, of Oceanside was arrested on suspicion of battery in the 2900 block of Glenbrook Street on the afternoon of Sept. 1. Bail was reported at $25,000.

A 50-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of battery in the 3100 block of Carlsbad Boulevard during the early morning hours of Aug. 31. Stephan Michael DeLeon of Sedona, AZ, was booked on $10,000 bail.

Police arrested Christian Matthew Morris, 34, of Oceanside on a felony warrant in the 6100 block of Paseo Del Norte on the morning of Aug. 31. Jail records show he is being held without bail in County Jail in Vista. A court appearance is scheduled for Sept. 22 in a downtown San Diego courtroom.

Francisco Javier Chavez, 36, was arrested on suspicion of possessing concentrated cannabis in the 7100 block of Avenida Encinas on the afternoon of Aug. 31.Bail was set at $3,000.

A 30-year-old man was taken into custody on a parole hold in the 3200 block of El Camino Real on the morning of Aug. 30. The suspect was identified as Jaime Avila Verduzco of Oceanside. Jail records show he is not eligible for release with misdemeanor allegations pending of two counts of being under the influence of a controlled substance and possessing hypodermics. He was being held in County Jail in Vista at last report, with a court appearance scheduled for Sept. 9.

Police arrested Sebastian Ring, 19, of Oceanside, on suspicion of robbery on the afternoon of Aug. 29. He was arrested in the 2700 block of West Vista Way in Oceanside, according to a report. Bail was set at $100,000. The alleged offense was reportedly committed at a business at 2525 El Camino Real in Carlsbad, the address for .

Jimmy Judd Jackson, 64, of Oceanside was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance in the 2500 block of El Camino Real on the evening of Aug. 26. Jail records show the Los Angeles native remains in custody on a total bail of $489,000 on allegations of felony impersonating another, drug possession, and obtaining a controlled substance by fraud. He also faces misdemeanor allegations of making a false report to a physician in order to obtain drugs and driving under the influence. A court date is scheduled for Sept. 9.

A 74-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of battery in the 7100 block of Aviara Drive on the morning of Aug. 26. Phillip Allen Levitz of Carlsbad was booked on $10,000 bail.

Police arrested Travis Thomas Avey, 23, on suspicion of possessing an illegal weapon at his residence in the 26000 block of Banbury Drive in Valley Center. The arrest was recorded on the morning of Aug.23, according to a report.

Juan Hartley Burke, 43, of Carlsbad, was arrested on suspicion of battery in the 2800 block of Unicorn Road on the night of Aug. 26. Bail was set at $10,000.

A 21-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding warrant during the early morning hours of Aug. 27 in the 7100 block of Mimosa Drive. He was identified in police arrest records as Ian Patrick Richardson. Bail was set at $15,000.

Police arrested Tyler Coull, 18, of Vista, on suspicion of possessing methamphetamine in the 3700 block of Jefferson Street during the early morning hours of Aug. 26. Bail was set at $5,000.

Deborah Marie Wardwell, 58, was arrested on an abuse allegation on the afternoon of Aug. 27 in the 7300 block of Alicante Road.

A 45-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of vandalism in the 2200 block of Julie Place on the afternoon of Aug. 27. He was identified in police arrest reports as David Carl Thorpe of Carlsbad.

Neil Coby Witt, 34, of Carlsbad, was arrested on the night of Aug. 27 on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. The offense was allegedly committed in the 2500 block of Jefferson Street. Jail records show he is being held in County Jail in Vista on an additional allegation of misdemeanor vandalism. Total bail is $90,000. A court date is scheduled of Sept. 9.

Police arrested 18-year-old Gary Thompson, who listed a Camp Pendleton address, on suspicion of burglary in the 2500 block of El Camino Real on the afternoon of Aug. 25. Bail was set at $25,000.

A 37-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possessing a fictitious U.S. government ID in the 2500 block of Orion Way on the afternoon of Aug. 24. The man, identified as Martinez Francisco Mondragon, was born in Mexico, according to an arrest report, and gave an address in San Marcos. He was booked without bail.

Benjamin William Walker, 29, was arrested on the evening of Aug. 24 on suspicion of battery at Calle Hacienda and Via Plato. Bail was reported at $10,000.

Police arrested Juan Victor Moreno, 18, on suspicion of vehicle theft at Highway 76 and Loretta in Oceanside during the early morning hours of Aug. 25. Jail records show he remains in custody at the East Mesa Detention Facility in San Diego pending a court appearance scheduled for Sept. 8 in a downtown San Diego court.

Capricia Joy Martinez, 18, of Encinitas, was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting at , 951 Palomar Airport Rd. on the afternoon of Aug. 25.

Police arrested Todd Anthony Benson, 49, of Garden Grove on suspicion of drug possession at  on the afternoon of Aug. 23. Bail was set at $5,000.

A 46-year-old Anaheim woman was arrested on suspicion of drug possession in the 5400 block of Fleet Street on the afternoon of Aug. 23. Bail for Pamela M. Stark was set at $5,000.

Paulina Montes-Dominguez, 27, of Encinitas was arrested on suspicion of drug possession in the 900 block of Palomar Airport Road on the afternoon of Aug. 23. Bail was set at $25,000.

Police arrested Eduardo Wayne Rodriquez, 40, a transient, on suspicion of transporting a controlled substance on the afternoon of Aug. 22 at the intersection of Melrose and Alga. Bail was reported at $20,000.

Ryan Andrew Marchand, 30, was arrested on suspicion of battery in the 6900 block of El Camino Real on the night of Aug. 19.
