Carlsbad Police arrested Jeremy Alexander Hardy, 25, of Murrietta, on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance in the 6100 block of Paseo Del Norte at 3:15 a.m. Oct. 23. Bail was set at $5,000. At the same location and date at 3:41 a.m., Samantha Martin, 19, of San Marcos, was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. In addition, police recorded the arrest of Terrence Andrew Williams, 23, of Vista, at 3:36 a.m. at the above listed date and location on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance.
Jolice Widenhoff, 37, of Carlsbad, was arrested on suspicion of battery in the 6800 block of Via Borregos at 8:21 p.m. Oct. 24. Bail was set at $25,000.
A 36-year-old woman identified as Lua Marie Dragna of Fallbrook, was arrested at Sears, 2561 El Camino Real, on suspicion of shoplifting at 5:33 p.m. Oct. 17.
Police arrested Michael Everett Brooks, 44, of Carlsbad, on suspicion of false imprisonment and making criminal threats shortly after 9 p.m. Oct. 22 in the 2400 block of Torreson Place. Bail was set at $50,000. Jail records show he was scheduled for arraignment Oct. 25 on the allegations.
Noah McQuin Harper, 21, of Santa Barbara, was arrested on suspicion of possessing controlled substances for sale shortly after midnight Oct. 22 in the 3200 block of Camino De Los Coches. Bail was set at $20,000.
A 21-year-old San Diego man identified as Harold Lee Davis, was arrested on suspicion of petty theft in the 1800 block of Marron Road at 9:20 p.m. Oct. 21. Bail was set at $1,000.
Amy K. Clark, 22, of Camp Pendleton was arrested on suspicion of battery in the 2900 block of State Street at 2:38 a.m. on Oct. 23. Bail was set at $10,000. The alleged offense was committed in the 400 block of Grand Avenue.
Police arrested Stefan Richard Fardaei, 25, of Falls Church, Va., on suspicion of possession marijuana for sales shortly before midnight Oct. 22 in the 750 block of Macadamia Drive. Bail was set at $25,000.
A 19-year-old man identified as Maxwell De La Fuente of Carlsbad, was arrested on suspicion of possessing narcotics for sale in the 900 block of Palomar Airport Road at 1:43 p.m. Oct. 22. Bail was $20,000. Arrow Emerson Jarvis, 18, of Encinitas, was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of drugs at the same location, date and time.
Sean Michael Swales, 24, of Carlsbad, was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the 2500 block of El Camino Real at 2:41 p.m. Oct. 22.
Police arrested John Henning Sutherland, 70, no local address, on suspicion of public drunkenness and resisting arrest in the 3500 block of Pio Pico shortly after 11 a.m. Oct. 20. Bail was $5,000.
A 35-year-old man identified as Anthony Paul Natus of Oceanside, was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the 2500 block of El Camino Real at 12:23 p.m. Oct. 20. Bail was initially set at $20,000. Jail records show he remains jailed on for reckless driving conviction. His projected release date is Dec. 4, according to jail records. At the same location and date shortly after noon, police arrested Jodi Rene Briley, 25, on an outstanding warrant. Jail records show she remains held pending a court appearance scheduled for Nov. 14.
John Neil Quiroga, 23, of Oceanside, was arrested on suspicion of commercial burglary at Macy's, 2557 El Camino Real, shortly after 7 p.m. Oct. 19.
Police arrested Sonya Mata, 23, of Carlsbad, on suspicion of battery in the 2300 block of Via Francisca at 5:33 p.m. Oct. 18. Bail was set at $10,000.
A 47-year-old man identified as Terry John Simpkins of Carlsbad, was arrested on suspicion of battery in the 2600 block of Valewood Avenue at 9:40 p.m. Oct. 18. Bail was set at $10,000.
Robert Joseph Paqua II, 44, of Carlsbad, was arrested on suspicion of damaging an electrical fuse box in the 300 block of Acacia Street shortly after 6 p.m. Oct. 18. Bail was set at $25,000.
Brandon Hazou, 20, no local address, was arrested on suspicion of vandalism and public intoxication in the 800 block of Home Avenue at 3:43 a.m. Oct. 18. Bail was set at $2,000.
Police arrested Alexis Ortega, 18, of Oceanside, on suspicion of commercial burglary, at Sears, 2561 El Camino Real, at 1:40 p.m. Oct. 18. Bail was $25,000.
A 22-year-old woman identified as Stephanie Lauren Price, 22, of Carlsbad, was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, shortly after 8 p.m. Oct. 17 in the 2800 block of New Castle Way. Bail was set at $335,000.
Evelyn Lynn Pool, 48, of Oceanside, was arrested shortly after noon Oct. 17 on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance in the 2900 block of Madison Street.
Daniela Adriana Ramirez, 18, of Oceanside, was arrested on suspicion of commercial burglary at Macy's, 2561 El Camino Real, shortly before 6 p.m. Oct. 14.
Police arrested Orlando None Chevez, 34, no local address, on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance in the 3400 block of Jefferson Street at 7:40 p.m. Oct. 16.
A 50-year-old man identified as Wallace R. Rodgers of Carlsbad was arrested on suspicion of disturbing the peace in the 2300 block of La Costa Avenue shortly before 11 p.m. Oct. 16.
