Yoga for Cancer Recovery
A donation-based class taught at Haute Yoga in Carlsbad is open to anyone in cancer treatment or in recovery, even it's it many years out from treatment.
Claire Petretti's yoga instructing career was taking off. But the discovery of a lump in her breast took her down a new path. That path included six rounds of chemotherapy and almost eight weeks of radiation.
Through it all she did yoga and found it helped her. She started teaching a "Yoga for Cancer Recovery" in Carlsbad and made a dvd.
