Women's Resource Center Now Hiring

Women's Resource Center, a non-profit organization that provides services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault, is hiring for the following positions:

Counselor: Part time (16 hours per week) or Full time (40 hours a week). Licensed MSW, MFT, or intern number or signed agreement with current school required. Experience working with trauma survivors and people in crisis desirable. Prior experience with residential facilities desirable. Knowledge of dynamics of domestic violence, sexual assault and homelessness desirable. Will train. Bi-lingual Spanish/English preferred (please make a special note on your application). Somatic Experience training a plus. 15.40/hour


House Manager: Part time (Part time hours are Sat 11pm-7am, Sun 7am-3pm) or On Call (This is an on call position therefore there are no “regular” hours.  You are on call in case another House Manager calls in sick, has an emergency etc. High School Diploma or GED required.Prior experience with residential facilities and persons in crisis preferred. Knowledge of dynamics of domestic violence, sexual assault and homelessness desirable. Will train. Bi-lingual Spanish/English preferred (please make a special note on your application). $9.10/hour + bilingual upgrade if applicable 

For all positions: Must be able to pass background fingerprint check, drug test, TB testing, become first aid and cpr certified and participate in a 40+ hour domestic violence/ sexual assault training. Applications and job descriptions available at 1963 Apple Street, Oceanside.
