Casa de Bandini Celebrates 5th Anniversary with a $5 Menu
Diane Powers’ Casa de Bandini Mexican Restaurant in Carlsbad celebrates five years of delicious Mexican cuisine, stunning outdoor dining and a beautiful Mexican-inspired ambiance with a limited time $5 anniversary menu.
Casa de Bandini was originally opened by Powers in 1980 in San Diego’s Old Town State Historic Park. For its entire life in Old Town, Casa de Bandini thrived as the Bazaar del Mundo’s showcase Mexican restaurant. Its beauty and ambiance was much the same then as can be seen today at The Forum.
“We’ve had many guests say they are incredibly thankful that we’ve brought the spirit of Mexico to North County!” said General Manager Gilbert Gastelum, a longtime Powers’ employee.
