Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Presents Bonnie Adams Memorial Award to Deanna Carpinelli

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage presented independent sales associate Deanna Carpinelli the Bonnie Adams Memorial Golden Rule Award during its award ceremony in March.

This award recognizes Carpinelli as the Coldwell Banker San Diego/Riverside Sales Associate who most exemplifies the Golden Rule – “Treat others as you want to be treated.” Carpinelli was nominated because of her top-performing achievements along with her commitment to volunteering.

Carpinelli has been the recipient of numerous awards in the past, including 2013 Coldwell Banker Sterling Society, International President’s Elite, President’s Circle, USAA Extra Mile Award and Coldwell Banker Rookie of the Year in 2003.

“Although the Adams Memorial Golden Rule Award recognizes sales success, it mostly symbolizes an agent who gives so much back to the community,” explained Vickie Hill, Temecula Vail Ranch branch manager for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Aside from being a very active participant in her church activities, Deanna was a huge part of our office’s toy drive that benefits Toys for Tots last year. She also made arrangements for us to attend the Comikaze Convention at the LA Convention Center, and she personally handmade three comic themed quilts that we raffled for seed money for our annual event. Our office collected over 3,000 toys that were donated through Toys for Tots to our local area.”

“There’s no place like home,” Carpinelli said. “I love helping people find their dream property to become their home.”
