SDSU Offers Free Information Session for Lean Enterprise
San Diego State University’s College of Extended Studies will host a free Lean Enterprise Information Session on Friday, August 2 from 9-10:30 am in the SDSU Extended Studies Center with instructor Mike Osterling as the guest speaker.
The Lean philosophy is a strategy for achieving significant improvement in performance through elimination of waste across the business. During the 12-week Lean Enterprise class, students will implement lean concepts, with a focus on improving customer service, quality, and costs.

This all-inclusive program incorporates simulations, exercises, lectures, site tours, assignments, and a project. Throughout the course, students work in project teams applying the Lean concepts to their workplace. Classes start Sept. 5.
