We recently purchased a home in Murrieta, California and Sean and Carrie O'Neil (husband and wife) did an outstanding job with the entire process.   I'd like to take this opportunity to personally refer Sean O'Neil as an excellent realtor.  We were residing overseas at the time of the purchase and Sean was extremely on top of everything.  It was a HUD home and they went above and beyond to guide us and figure out alternative ways to fix any issues we ran into.  They work extremely well together and were in constant communication with one another, including me.  

Because of the distance, there were moments when I felt like we would hit a road block but Sean always managed to find ways to fix the problems.  In fact, at one point, I recall telling him "I can't keep up with you".  He seemed to know what was going on 'always' and stayed several steps ahead throughout the entire process . He wouldn't hesitate to pick up the phone and ask questions on my behalf.  I would furthermore add that at times he made me feel like I was his only client at the moment.  Should you ever need a realtor, don't hesitate to call Sean and Carrie.  Their professionalism and integrity to find you the perfect home will leave you completely satisfied.  Once again, I highly recommend their services.  Happy house hunting!
