Carlsbad Fork Finds New Home at Meals for Wheels

The infamous piece of art was removed from a fork in the road in La Costa and will soon be seen as a permanent fixture outside San Diego's Meals-for-Wheels headquarters in Old Town.

Debbie Case, San Diego Meals-on-Wheels CEO told Calsbad Patch in an email:

"This gift of the Fork in the Road is a perfect fit for Meals-on-Wheels. As we all age, seniors reach a fork in the road where they need more assistance. The choice is to go into Assisted Living or stay in familiar surroundings in their own home. Meals on Wheels allows them the ability to stay independent longer with nutritious meals delivered by friendly volunteers."
