Carlsbad's Chopra Center and Deepak Chopra Lead World in Free 21-Day Guided Meditation Challenge

Oprah is endorsing the 21-day challenged that kicked off Nov. 5 and aims to create abundance in your life.

Whether you meditate regularily or have never tried it, the Carlsbad-based Chopra Center and Deepak Chopra want to help you create abundance in your life through the 21-day meditation challenge.

Each day Chopra will lead an online world-wide audience through a 15 minute guided meditation with inspirational messages, centering thoughts, and images.

Meditations are emailed for free to everyone who signs up.

According to Chopra's website, "In meditation, we get into this space to we find ourselves infinite possibilities, infinite correlation, infinite creativity, infinite imagination, and infinite power of intention. That's what meditation is really about."

I meditated for the first this morning as part of the challenge and felt good about it. It's hard to "turn off" my mind for 15 minutes, especially when sitting next to my computer. I always want to multi task.

I enjoyed the sessions of the last 21 day meditation challenge. I could not log into their site to download the beginning session today. Volume issue?

I'm not a facebooker but the technical gurus solved the login/link issue and I'm blissful.
