The twice-a-year faire features more than 900 vendors, a 50-booth food court and a children’s area with games, a super slide, a bounce house, a rock climbing wall, face painting and arts and crafts.
The Rotary Club of Carlsbad will sponsor a beer and wine garden with a large screen TV and live bands, while the Kiwanis Club of Carlsbad will host a pancake breakfast at the Carlsbad railroad depot. The meal will be served from 7 a.m. to noon.
Grand Avenue from Carlsbad Boulevard to Jefferson Street, and all of the cross streets in between, will be closed for the event. Shuttles will pick up and drop off passengers at the Poinsettia Coaster Station and the northwest corner of Sears at Westfield Plaza Camino Real.
