A new building at the 100-bed shelter in Carlsbad for migrant worker was blessed Wednesday by San Diego bishop, U-T San Diego reported. Bishop Cirilo Flores blessed the second of two newly completed building, according to the report.
According to the U-T, La Posada de Guadalupe’s new buildings, located off Impala Drive, resemble more of a historic mission than that of a homeless shelter.
