Bistro West celebrates the turn of the season with its annual OktoberWest event on Saturday, October 13, 2012 from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m.
Combining fresh from the farm ingredients from Chef Eugenio Martignago's own 1-acre farm in Carlsbad, this year's event will feature popular dishes including Butternut Squash Gnocchi, Bratwurst, Pork Hocks, Wienerschnitzel, Caprese al Minuto, Tempura Zucchini Blossoms, and Pumpkin Pot de Creme.
The annual event, priced at $35 per person, includes six food and beer/wine pairings.
