Kidville Kids Fashion Show and Stand Up For Kids Charity Fundraiser

Kidville Carlsbad, a comprehensive learning and development facility for young children, is partnering with the San Diego chapter of Stand Up for Kids from August 14 through 20 to host a week-long clothing drive, fundraiser and fashion show in order to help raise funds for San Diego’s homeless and at-risk youth.

“We want to partner with Stand Up for Kids so we can lend a helping hand to the children in our community,” said Rup Malhorta, owner of Kidville Carlsbad. “At Kidville, we strongly care about the well-being of children and we want to do all that we can to help give underprivileged children a brighter future. We encourage San Diego residents to head to Kidville during our fundraiser to help us support this organization and the work they have done in our community.”

Beginning August 14, guests are invited to bring new or used children’s clothing to Kidville, which will be donated to Stand Up for Kids. In addition, Kidville will donate 50 percent of the proceeds from the facility’s open playspace and 20 percent of boutique sales to the organization.
