Community Wellness Expo

Have unwanted documents that are too important to throw away? How about a non-working computer monitor that just takes up space? With vendors like Shred-It and AVR Recycling on hand, the City of Carlsbad's Community Wellness Expo will help residents live healthy inside and outside of the home.

The Community Wellness Expo is free and open to the public, and coincides with the 31st annual Carlsbad Triathlon on July 8.

Presented by the City of Carlsbad Parks & Recreation Department, the Expo will feature more than 60 vendors that offer products and services like blood donation,  meditation and stress management, and beauty and pet products.

Residents will be offered an opportunity to de-clutter their lives with free services from Shred-It and AVR Recycling until 1 p.m.

The San Diego Blood Bank will be at the Community Wellness Expo accepting blood from donors. Those interested are encouraged to schedule appointments online in advance.
