Everyone's favorite country-western singer will entertain during lunch at the Carlsbad Senior Center. Cowboy Jack will serve up songs by Willie Nelson, Hank Williams and Johnny Cash while you enjoy Tuesday's menu of ham with brandied cherry sauce, sweet potatoes, peas, white bread and pears with chocolate sauce.
