The first annual La Costa Film Festival wrapped up Sunday night. Kudos to Michael and Ruby Callihan for a job well done. The festival donated all net proceeds to The Boys and Girls Clubs of Carlsbad.

The event included a red carpet. On Saturday night press included Extra television and of course Patch.com. On the red carpet was Freida Lee Mock, Oscar winner for Maya Lin: A Strong Vision. The cast, director and producers of featured film At Middleton, had a nice group photo with Andy Garcia front and center. The film students from Canyon Crest Academy walked the Red Carpet with big smiles and panache.

The film At Middleton was shown on the center court at The Omni La Costa Resort. It was a nice venue to watch the movie for the well attended crowd. Look for the schedule and information for the 2014 La Costa Film Festival.
