In another sign of the changing real estate market, the National Association of Realtors recently published an article about the struggle between home buyers and home sellers.
The article talks about how sellers are basically telling buyers to stop with lowball offers and get serious if they want to buy their home. Some of the people interviewed said that they aren’t even responding to lowball offers and potential buyers are simply being turned away.
The market has definitely changed over the last few months as more buyers are
competing for fewer homes. Home buyers should thoroughly evaluate all aspects of the market surrounding the home they are interested in before presenting an offer if they want to have a real opportunity at purchasing the home.
