Carlsbad Real Estate Weekly Wrap-Up

Carlsbad's weekly update on the real estate market, showing a few of the sold homes that closed escrow during the past week.

The Carlsbad Real Estate Weekly Wrap-Up highlights a few of the real estate sales throughout Carlsbad.  Click here to view all sales over the last week in Carlsbad.

Only 15 homes closed escrow in the last week throughout Carlsbad (attached homes as well as single family detached homes).  We should expect that trend to continue for a few weeks as the homes that went under contract during the holidays close escrow.  However, we are already seeing a pick-up in the number of showings with inventory ticking up slightly.

Here are just a few of the homes that sold in Carlsbad during the past week:

  • 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms
  • Approximately 1,752 square feet

Aristotle felt that by becoming licensed professionals in the U.S. shortly after their arrival to the shores of the U.S., they would have a greater opportunity to receive better clinical positions when they applied for the work-study internships that they were eligible to participate in....' the school told students that were enrolled in masters' degrees that certification as a cna was part of the road to obtaining a masters degree ?? stop right there... masters in public health is an administrative position that has nothing to do with being a cna....and i'm sure people didn't travel thousands of miles to do the grunt work in a hospital.... yea, getting a cna license is a great suggestion for an 18 year old that's going into the nursing field....but not for someone in the masters' program.... and fyi phony college.....in this country a person has to have a 4 year degree before they can apply for the masters' program....
