Last week we saw a slight dip in the number of closed sales, with 15.  However, the market is definitely moving.  In the last week 29 new listings came on the market - but 33 homes entered into escrow!  Supply just is not keeping up with demand.

  • Approximately 2,510 square feet
  • Sold for $750,000
