A bit of a dropoff from last week with only 18 closed sales throughout Carlsbad.  The busiest zip code was 92009 with 9 - half of the total - closed transactions.  In fact, there were no closed sales for the 92011 zip code.  We will watch and see if this week brings an increase for all of the zip codes.

  • 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms
  • Approximately 2,335 square feet
  • Sold for $605,000
