Real estate investors have less to choose from

Low inventory makes it tough for would-be investors to purchase real estate

Low foreclosure inventory means more competition for fewer homes

As the foreclosure numbers have dropped, so has the inventory for would-be investors.

An article in the San Diego Union Tribune talked about the fact that real estate investors who are looking for foreclosure bargains are running into brick walls.

Banks are not releasing the flood of foreclosure inventory that many thought would come, and as a result there is a lot less inventory from which to choose.  Still, buying property and renting it out is penciling out more and more, investors are still looking for good properties.  This is one of the reasons why there are multiple offers on well-priced homes throughout the county.

If you are thinking of investing in real estate or are looking for a home in which to live, your choices are low and the competition is high.  Be prepared to make the right offer on the right home or else you may be just spinning your wheels.

I'd say the recent events against which they were protesting are far more consequential than aRead More freeway traffic back-up. Just a guess.

How did they cause a backup, exactly? I'm asking because I saw them, and am wondering how theyRead More backed it up. If it's because people were slowing to read the signs, you can't really get mad at them for that.

I stopped using Internet Explorer years ago. Firefox is safer and the possibility of getting aRead More virus is much less. I have no issues with Firefox.

And if you use an IPAD early in the day as I do, the problem is that there is so much on each pageRead More that it is hard to scroll with your finger(s) because there is just so much clutter that you keep losing your story to an annoying ad.
