Last week I reported only 16 sales during the week of 12/16 - 12/23.  Last week, because of Christmas, sales were even lower - 9 total closings.  Last year during the same period of time there were 33 sales, so sales are indeed declining year-over-year while prices are still strong.

Here is the breakdown of last week's sales:
  • 92008 - 2 (a 1 sale decrease from the week before)
  • 92009 - 6 (a 2 sale decrease from the week before)
  • 92010 - 0 (a 3 sale decrease from the week before)
  • 92011 - 1 (a 1 sale decrease from the week before)
