The market is definitely picking up again.  Last week we reported 14 total sales during the first full week of the year.  Last week there were 25 total closed sales.  These sales are beginning to reflect the sales activity in January, versus the slower holiday months.  Here is the breakdown of last week's sales:
  • 92008 - 5 (a 2 sale increase over the week before)
  • 92009 - 11 (a 5 sale increase over the week before)
  • 92010 - 3 (a 1 sale decrease from the week before)
  • 92011 - 6 (a 5 sale increase over the week before)
