Three useful apps every woman needs

Figuring out what looks best on you, where to but it, and finding reasonable prices is time consuming and frustrating to say the least. You can spend an unreasonable amount of money on a personal stylist, or spend hours flipping though magazines for coupons and discounts, but their are much simpler options. Here are three phone applications every woman needs to make finding her look easily with confidence.

Outfit Me Tonight

Deciding between two outfits to wear is difficult, but don't fret. This free app allows you to upload pictures of the two outfits you are deciding on and post them for others to vote between. The simplistic layout makes uploading or voting for other people's looks easy and fun.

Anyone who is naturally indecisive or just needs a little more confidence about their outfit will enjoy this. Not to mention it saves you the frustration of asking a sister, friend, or boyfriend for advice which usually ends in "they're both fine".

This app is designed for finding the clothes that look best on your specific body type. All you need is a tape measure and a friend to help measure. Simply add in the measurements like height and shoulder size and the application recommends clothes that flatter your specific body type.

It only takes a few minutes to set up and the best part is it is free to download. With visual examples and explanations for every suggestion, anyone can feel confident taking this virtual tailor's advice.

The detailed suggestions on exactly what kind of sleeves or skirts do and don't work give clear advice that eliminate frustration while shopping. The only downside to the app is the additional cost of $1.99 if you would like to have access to purchase clothes suggested.

Retail Me Not

This app saves time and money, two things people need most. "Retail Me Not" is also free, and works hard to give you the best deals wherever you go. There are tons of offers from places like restaurants to clothing to grocery stores.

Simply type in the store you are shopping at and any coupons or promotions currently running will come up. Although the coupons are printable, most cashiers can scan the bar code right off your phone, which keeps your wallet coupon-clutter free.

This app is helpful for online and in-store purchases, however is selective to certain stores. I recommend looking up if the desired store offers coupons ahead of time before you hit the mall. This app does require a wifi connection as well so it may not load while in the check out line.

Whether you are trying to save money on shopping or need input on an outfit, these apps should save you some frustration in the process. All three are simplistically designed and are actively updated, so all ages can easily utilize their possibilities. With all the time women spend on these issues it can't hurt to try them out.
