50,000-Square-Foot Office Building and Carlsbad Lot Sold for $12M

6010 Hidden Valley Road, the 50,000-square-foot office building at the same address in Carlsbad 92011, and an adjacent 3.7-acre parcel 1015 Aviara Parkway, fully entitled for an additional 50,000 square feet of office space, have been sold for $12 million, reported San Diego Source Daily Transcript. 

The office building, known as the Kelly Corporate Center, was built in 2002 and was recently rezoned to allow medical office uses, added SDDT.com. It is currently vacant and the new owner plans to start construction on the 3.7-acre parcel next to the building.
