Blaze Pizza Coming to the Carlsbad Premium Outlets

The build-your-own pizza is scheduled to open the end of this year.

Blaze Pizza, a build-your-own pizza place announced that it will soon be opening a new location at the Carlsbad Premium Outlets in Carlsbad, CA.  Scheduled to open at the end of the year, the new 59-seat restaurant will be located at 5620 Paseo Del Norte, Suite 126A in the Carlsbad Premium Outlets near Subway, Rubio’s Mexican Grill, Starbucks and Ruby’s Diner.

Blaze Pizza uses an assembly line format (similar to Chipotle Mexican Grill®) and then the thin-crust pies (with dough made from scratch) are “fast-fire’d” in less than 180 seconds.

There's also a gluten-free dough and vegan cheese option.  The restaurant will also offer online ordering and a selection of wine and craft beer.

“I am thrilled to have this opportunity to take the years I’ve spent developing my dough recipe and now bring it to a broader audience,” says Chef Kent.  “For me, a good pizza begins and ends with the crust.  I am really looking forward to introducing the Carlsbad community to Blaze.”

The Carlsbad Blaze Pizza will be operated by AP Franchise Group LLC, a franchise group led by Imran Ahmad and Tyler Phelps.
