Businessmen Propose Renting Beach Umbrellas, Chairs

Leone D’arcangelo, owner of Fresco Trattoria, and Frank Morelli are applying to offer umbrella and chair rentals to Carlsbad beachgoers, according to a U-T San Diego report.
Rentals would cost anywhere from $20 and $30 a day. They also hope to offer butler services, according to the newspaper.
However, the two must first receive approval from the California Coastal Commission, according to the newspaper.
