Cafe Panini: An Organic Farm to Plate Restaurant Opening in Carlsbad
The coffee shop located on Oak Ave will also serve beer, wine, pressed juices, vegan, raw and vegetarian options as well as other food and beverages.
Cafe Panini located at 505 Oak Ave. #C is shooting for an early June opening, said co-partner Bonnie Pearl.
The restaurant/coffee shop is an old converted auto garage, explained Pearl. The patio will have a fire pit and fountain.
The menu will feature, "farm to plate, all local organic produce, we'll have really amazing local san diego coffee, beer and wine, breakfast and lunch, vegan, raw and vegetarian options, and also local pressed juices and smoothies," said Pearl.
