Carlsbad-based Capstone Advisors bought two San Diego properties for a total of $16.4 million.
The purchase consisted of a three-story, 34,000-square-foot office building at 7817 Ivanhoe Ave. in La Jolla and a 48,000-square-foot retail center at 5261-5401 Linda Vista Road in the Morena neighborhood of San Diego, according to the San Diego Business Journal.
The SDBJ said Capstone plans to paint the exterior, renovated common areas and some interior suites, and upgrade landscaping and building system to the La Jolla property.
