'Criminal Minds' Star Thomas Gibson to Light Legoland Christmas Tree

The actor and father of three will accept a $10,000 check on behalf of Haven for Hope which helps the homeless.

LEGOLAND California will have actor Thomas Gibson as this year’s special guest to light the world’s largest LEGO Christmas tree at the family theme park’s tenth annual Tree Lighting Ceremony on Monday, Nov. 26, 2012.

Gibson, a father of three and long-time LEGOLAND fan, currently stars on the CBS hit crime drama “Criminal Minds” and his credits range from comedy (“Dharma and Greg”) to drama on the big screen (“Eyes Wide Shut”).

More than 11,000 LED lights have been added this year to illuminate LEGOLAND California’s tree which is created out of more than 245,000 forest green DUPLO bricks. Adorned with 400 LEGO ornaments, the tree towers over Fun Town in the 128-acre family theme park in Carlsbad.

At the ceremony, on Gibson’s behalf, LEGOLAND California is donating $10,000 to Haven for Hope, the largest, most comprehensive Homeless Transformation Campus in the United States. Twenty-five percent of the homeless receiving assistance at the Haven for Hope Campus in San Antonio, Texas, are children; half of which are under the age of five.

'...MPH degree program to attend a 3-day workshop ... challenge the CNA licensure examination inRead More California.... ... Aristotle felt that by becoming licensed professionals in the U.S. shortly after their arrival to the shores of the U.S., they would have a greater opportunity to receive better clinical positions when they applied for the work-study internships that they were eligible to participate in....' the school told students that were enrolled in masters' degrees that certification as a cna was part of the road to obtaining a masters degree ?? stop right there... masters in public health is an administrative position that has nothing to do with being a cna....and i'm sure people didn't travel thousands of miles to do the grunt work in a hospital.... yea, getting a cna license is a great suggestion for an 18 year old that's going into the nursing field....but not for someone in the masters' program.... and fyi phony college.....in this country a person has to have a 4 year degree before they can apply for the masters' program....
