Daphne's in Carlsbad a "Test Kitchen" with New Menu Concept
The new menu idea features "picking a favorite" like a sandwich, salad or bowl, then adding a protein and "dressing it up" with extras like hummus or tzatziki sauce.
The new menu at Carlsbad's Daphne's California Greek is in addition to signature items such as a flatbreads, the pita burger and salads.
