Twenty/20 Grill & Wine Bar at the Sheraton Carlsbad Resort & Spa is celebrating Christmas with a delicious three-course Christmas Dinner on December 25 featuring sophisticated dishes and seasonal ingredients. Each course will be like unwrapping a new gift - first wild mushroom bisque or slow-cooked pork belly, then cider brined pork rack or slow-roasted Brandt beef sirloin and short rib. And finally, the best for last: chocolate custard cake or pumpkin custard. Reservations can be made by calling 760-827-2500 and are highly recommended. Private dining experiences are offered to parties of ten or more.
