Feeling Crabby? Head to the Claws Exhibit at Sea Life Aquarium

An inside look at the new exhibit that sheds light on some of the world's strongest animals.

The new exhibit at in Carlsbad at features very interesting clawed creatures.

You can find Japanese spider crabs, which can grow to 15-feet from claw-to-claw and weigh over 40 pounds, and live to be 100-years-old.

There are coconut crabs on display, named for their ability to crack open coconuts with the power of their claws!

Lobsters may not seem excited but did you know they'll eat anything – dead or alive?!

Claws also includes a touch display allowing guests to feel the shell textures of different crabs; a mechanical claw that guests can control and use to pick up objects; plus a new daily educational presentation.
