Food Truck Chef vs. Carlsbad Fine Dining Chef
North County Sunday Night Chef Fight is back this time with two Italian Chefs. Returning champion Eugenio Martignago of Bistro West and West Steak and Seafood will take on Marko Pavlinovic, owner and operator of Mangia Mangia Mobile.
and Chef will fight to keep his title against an energetic and creative culinary innovator, Marko Pavlinovic of Mangia Mangia Mobile in San Diego.
Martignago brings his Italian and French influences to the competition, with a cooking style that reflects his international culinary experiences. Pavlinovic credits his mother for teaching him most of his cooking techniques, and serves up basic, no frills Italian cuisine from his popular food truck.
It will be an absolute fight to the finish as both chefs bring their culinary thunder in an effort to be recognized as the best Chef North County has to offer.
