CYO Craft Your Own Pizza and Salad opened Dec. 29 at 2519 Palomar Airport Road in Carlsbad.

The menu features signature salads, a craft your own salad option similiar to what Tin Leaf offers, plates like eggplant parmeasan and mediterranean chicken stew, specialty pizzas and a craft your own pizza option. Gluten-free crust is available for $2 more. 

One of the unique menu items is baked potato pizza with potatoes, house cured pork belly, and sour cream.
