Easter Brunch at Hilton Carlsbad Oceanfront Resort & Spa

• Description: The newly opened Hilton Carlsbad Oceanfront Resort & Spa is celebrating Easter by offering a three-course brunch at Chandler’s Restaurant. Choose from a selection of appetizers and entrees, including smoked salmon, beet salad, lobster and seafood pot pie, and more. In addition to a special children’s buffet station, kids can enjoy the Easter egg hunt, which will take place from 10 to 10:30 a.m. on the main lawn of the hotel, along with a variety of other Easter activities.

Easter Brunch at Hilton Garden Inn

• Description: Just a hop away from the sandy Carlsbad beach, enjoy Easter brunch at Hilton Garden Inn. The hotel’s Carlsbad Beach Bistro is offering a buffet that will feature a salad bar, honey-glazed ham carving station, pasta bar, omelet station and dessert station.

Easter Brunch at La Costa Resort and Spa

• Description: Hop on in for a buffet style brunch prepared by Executive Chef Marc Therrien and his team. The buffet features a variety of appetizers, dishes and deserts, as well as a build-your-own Bloody Mary Bar. After you’ve filled your stomach, take the kids to enjoy one of three Easter egg hunts, visit the Easter Bunny, and enjoy a magic show and face painting.

Easter Brunch at Sheraton Carlsbad Resort and Spa

• Description: Enjoy brunch with the Easter Bunny at Sheraton Carlsbad Resort and Spa. The resort’s TWENTY/20 is serving grilled asparagus with breadcrumbs, lemon and pancetta, seared salmon with caponata sauce and golden raisins as well as traditional breakfast items, a carving station, raw seafood bar, pasta station and dessert bar. The Easter Bunny will join families through noon.
