Love Boat Sushi Coming to Carlsbad May 2013
Chin's Szechwan previously operated at the property on Madison Street and sold its multi-tenant, mixed used property for over two million dollars.
Chin Tsai dba Chin’s Szechwan sold the 7,480 square foot, multi-tenant, mixed use property located at 2958 Madison Street in Carlsbad for $2,300,000 to Young Soo Pyo and Eun Hee Kim.
Chin’s Szechwan previously operated at the site. The new owners plan to renovate the space to include a Love Boat Sushi, which is expected to open in May 2013.
