Noodles & Company is coming to Carlsbad. The fast-casual restaurant, which serves soups, salads, pastas and sandwiches, recently signed a lease for 2,837 square feet of retail space on Palomar Airport Road.
The 12-year lease for space at 2521 Palomar Airport Rd. is valued at $2 million, according to Cassidy Turley.
Danny Fitzgerald, Michael Burton and Pasquale Ioele of Cassidy Turley and Sharon Carmichael of Terranomics Retail Services represented the lessee in the transaction. Matt Moser of Retail Insite represented the lessor—Sudberry Properties.
