Ocean House Reportedly Becoming a Sun Diego Surf Shop
The San Diego Reader wrote that a group of businessmen had planned to open a nightclub-type place, but Sun Diego offered more money in rent and the landlord went with the surf shop.
According to the San Diego Reader, Ocean House was going to become the "Belly Up" of North County with a restaurant, bar venue for live shows, but the deal was taken off the table when Sun Diego offered to pay a higher rent per month.
