Photo Gallery: Cinépolis' Launches New Menu with Healthy Options

Gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options are now a bigger part of Cinépolis' menu. The Kale Salad with carrots, purple cabbage and orange segments is really delicious with a nice dressing on it. 

The signature starters now feature Truffle Skinny Fries with sriracha aioli and Shishito Peppers with a ponzu dipping sauce. Both are very tasty and don't even need dipping sauces. 

Another new healthy option is the Red Quinoa Salad with arugula, tossed in a cilantro- lime vinaigrette. 

A few of the new entrees highlight the gluten free and vegetarian options guests have come to expect. The Garden Truffle FlatBread made with summer squash, fresh burrata cheese and drizzled with truffle oil is a vegetarian item. The gluten free fusilli Pasta Primavera is flavorful, as well as the Avocado BTL and the Southwest Chicken Panini.

The new offerings are finished off with dessert specialties including a Blood Orange Mascarpone Mousse Cake or a housemade Nutella Springroll. We tried the Mousse Cake which was very good.

The new menu also includes cocktails inspired by movies include Formula 1 which tastes like a refreshing raspberry mojito, The Slammer, which is a sipping cocktail, strong but good, and The Bachelor which is more fruity and has whiskey and ginger beer in it. 

All cinemas include state-of-the-art digital and sound projection technology, leather reclining seats, personal swivel tables and call service buttons that summon servers to complete the in- theater dining experience.  Tickets start at $13.50 and seats can be selected online, through the App, or directly at the box office.
