Shareholders filed a lawsuit against Carlsbad's Isis Pharmaceuticals claiming that investors were given "deceptively optimistic reports" on a drug, according to a North County Times report.
The lawsuit involves the drug Kynamro and was filed on Dec. 28, according to the newspaper.
