Subway, Supercuts and Office Space Coming to Carlsbad Village

Seaside Village Corner, at Carlsbad Village Drive and Harding Street, will serve the downtown Village’s growing residential population, as well as tourists. This 11,000-square-foot mixed-use project will feature 5,000 square feet of retail on the ground floor, including a Subway and Supercuts, and 6,000 square feet of office space on the second story. The environmentally friendly project will be seeking LEED Silver certification.
