The Blue Ribbon Artisan Pizza Meal You Must Have

You might not think popcorn or pudding when you think of going out to dinner for pizza, but trust us, this is one of the best meals you can get in Encinitas.

Head over early to Blue Ribbon Artisan Pizza in Encinitas (tables fill up fast on weekends and there are no reservations). It is located in the Lumberyard at 897 S Coast Highway 101. Here is a typical meal to order for two people to share:

Start with the HEIRLOOM WISCONSIN BLACK SEED POPCORN with Truffle Salt & Parmigiano Reggiano $8

If there is still some leftover you can have them bag it and eat it later that night when watching a movie or tv.

Then order a salad, all of them look good. We tried the BUTTER LETTUCE SALAD with Avcado, Bacon, Red Onion, Ricotta Salata & Honey Mustard Dressing $11. It was very tasty.

Next get a pizza. We tried the HARVEST MOON- EVOO, Butternut & Red Kuri Squash, Mozzarella, Goat Cheese, Fig Balsamic & Arugula  $16
We've also had the EPIC- Tomato Sauce, Fresh Mozzarella, Canadian Bacon, Spicy Pepperoni, Goat Cheese & Jalepenos $16.5
No matter what pizza you get, it will be good.

Lastly, get the BLUE RIBBON BUTTERSCOTCH PUDDING with Sea Salted Caramel & Fresh Whipped Cream $8. You might want to get one for each person at the table. It is that good.
