John Moes has joined the Real Living Lifestyles, La Costa/Encinitas office, largely because of the commitment that Real Living makes to the development of new agents. His choice to work with Real Living was made after careful consideration. The noticeable high level of support that is offered by management and level of professionalism of the agents confirmed the decision.
Before becoming involved in real estate, Moes worked in the Restaurant/Hospitality profession locally for 30+ years. His career in Operations spans The Chart House, Souplantation, and Rubio’s Restaurant companies. Each played a role in developing the strongest of guest service skills along with the ability to create goals and achieve a high level of results.
Reflecting on the transferable skills that will serve him in real estate, Moes said, “I’m an excellent listener, good at developing rapport with clients and have the ability to adapt and change as needed.”

In his spare time Moes serves on the Board of the La Costa 35 Athletic Club and is also a member of the local Catholic Men's Fellowship. His hobbies include softball, camping, fishing and classic cars.

Moes has lived in San Diego since 1966 and is a San Diego State University graduate. He believes that the best things about living in San Diego are the people, the climate, and the natural beauty of the beaches and mountains.
