Would you like to take a fun yoga class with a very experienced teacher and not have to leave your dog at home?  Well, here is your chance to take an all-level yoga class and bring your favorite fur person!

The 75 minute class is taught by Debra Hodgen, and begins with warm up stretches that you can do with your dog unleashed.  Then the class moves into gentle flow and standing poses, and your best friend will get a chance to run and play with the pack.  The practice ends on the floor with your pup nearby as you strengthen, stretch and relax.  Some weeks your dog will be introduced to a new skill/trick!

“We love this class,” states Lyssa Dennis, owner and trainer at Whole Dog Sports Center.  “It allows people more time to bond with their pets, and what’s not to love about that.”

Yoga Unleashed is offered every Saturday from 1pm – 2:15pm at Whole Dog Sports Center located at 6241 Yarrow Drive in Carlsbad.  Classes are $15 for drop-in, with multi-class passes available.

For more information and to reserve your space please visit www.wholedogsports.com or call 760-931-2600.
