The City of Carlsbad's Parks & Recreation Department is accepting applications for summer camp counselors and coordinators. Applications will be accepted through April 28, and interviews will take place the week of May 6. For requirements and qualifications, please check the city website.
Counselors will work directly with children in individual camps of 15 to 80, depending on the program. Coordinators will focus on day-to-day operations.

“This is a great opportunity for a fun summer job working in a positive and rewarding environment,” said Michael Bodman, recreation supervisor for the City of Carlsbad.
Summer camps run Monday through Friday, June 17 through Aug. 23. Hourly wages are $9 for counselors and $12 for coordinators. Visit the Human Resources section of the City of Carlsbad website for more information and to apply.
