The La Costa Glen retirement community in Carlsbad (www.lacostaglen.com) kicked off the fall season recently with a Western Roundup and Hoe Down. Featuring country-western music provided by Cowboy Jack and the North County Cowboys, residents and guests enjoyed an old-fashioned barbecue with all the fixins’.
