A Carlsbad Patch reader snapped this photo and shared it with us. The reader said there was a lack of soap dispensers before in bathrooms at places like Tamarack State Beach.
"Carlsbad Urgent Care put in soap dispensers and refills them for the community to keep us healthy," the Patch reader wrote in an email.
